United Kingdom Delivery Options

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 (2-3 working days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free for orders over £40
  • Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 2-3 working days
  • Delivery excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays
  • These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature
  • The maximum order weight for this service is 2kg
  • For some postcodes, this service can take longer to arrive: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.99 (1-2 working days)

  • Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 1-2 working days
  • Delivery excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays
  • These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature
  • The maximum order weight for this service is 2kg
  • For some postcodes, this service can take longer to arrive: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3.

DPD Express Next Day – £6.99 (1 working day)

  • Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the next working day
  • You’ll receive email/SMS* notifications from DPD with updates on your order. DPD will let you know your parcel is out for delivery on the morning that it’ll arrive:
    • if they can’t deliver, they’ll send you an email/SMS* ‘something for you card’, as well as putting one through your letterbox;
    • If they’ve delivered to a neighbour, they’ll tell you the name and house number;
    • Or, they’ll let you know if they’ve delivered to a safe place
  • Delivery excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays
  • These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature
  • The maximum order weight for this service is 30kg
  • This service isn’t available for some postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3.

DPD Saturday/Sunday Delivery – £7.99

  • Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on your chosen weekend day
  • You’ll receive email/SMS* notifications from DPD with updates on your order. DPD will let you know your parcel is out for delivery on the morning that it’ll arrive:
    • if they can’t deliver, they’ll send you an email/SMS* ‘something for you card’, as well as putting one through your letterbox;
    • If they’ve delivered to a neighbour, they’ll tell you the name and house number;
    • Or, they’ll let you know if they’ve delivered to a safe place
  • These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature
  • The maximum order weight for this service is 30kg

International Delivery Options

International Tracked

  • International Tracked services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-7 working days. And worldwide within 5-10 working days.
  • This is a tracked and insured delivery service
  • The maximum order weight for this service is 10kg
  • Orders weighing less than 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail and orders between 2kg and 10kg will be shipped with DPD
  • International shipping prices are worked out based on the order weight
  • We charge exactly the same as the shipping service costs

Import Duties & Taxes

If you order products from Love Naughty for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are applied when your order reaches the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and the amount cannot be predicted.

You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the order is destined. We will not be liable or responsible if any such law is broken.

Delivery FAQs

Your privacy is really important to us, and, with our discreet packaging, you can be totally confident about shopping with us.

Depending on the nature and size of your order, you’ll receive your items in a plain box, or plain heavy-duty or padded envelopes.

Your parcel won’t have any markings, branding or logos, except for the address label and courier sticker.

Our different delivery options offer different delivery times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes normally 2-3 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 takes normally 1-2 working days

DPD Express Next Day takes normally 1 working day

If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, for any reason, then you can return it to us using our free returns service and we’ll be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund it for you. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie and all seals intact for toys and accessories.

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;

  • All sex toys, where the packaging/ box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
  • Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed
  • Hosiery which has been used and where the seal is broken

All purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it for up to a year after purchase.

Coronavirus

Monday 4 May 2020

We do everything possible to make sure we get it delivered to you discreetly and on time… and you’re totally satisfied, time and time again.

We’ve taken lots of precautionary measures to ensure that we’re following government guidelines to keep our warehouse staff working in a safe environment. This includes:

  • Reducing the number of our people on a shift at any time;
  • Adhering to the 2 metres distancing rule at all times while staff are picking and packing your orders, and also staying 2 metres apart when taking breaks;
  • There’s a break between shifts clocking off and clocking on while we clean down all the surfaces;
  • We’ve also turned over some office space into warehouse space to help staff spread out.

The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and it’s possible that the above measures may have an impact on when your order is delivered.

Royal Mail Delivery Delays

Due to the increase in parcels being dispatched via the Royal Mail network, there are lots of extended delivery delays. This is down to a combination of extra parcels , coronavirus and social distancing. You may have seen some news posts about the delays they are experiencing.

We would advise using DPD for any overnight deliveries during this period.

DPD Service to Europe

Monday 21 December 2020

Following the decision by the French government to close the border with the UK, DPD have no choice but to suspend their European road services to continental Europe and the Republic of Ireland with immediate effect.

Because of this we have disabled the DPD European road services to continental Europe and the Republic of Ireland.

At this stage, we do not know how long these services will be unavailable for, but in the meantime you can select Royal Mail.
